Oil Sentetik — Typeface

Born from an unconventional material experiment, Oil Sentetik was rendered using viscous industrial motor oil salvaged from a half-empty can and coaxed across paper with a simple wooden toothpick. The physical resistance and capillary bleed between the synthetic lubricant and raw paper fibers generate unpredictable densities, textural fringing, and organic contours impossible to replicate digitally. It embraces chemical happenstance as a drafting tool, yielding a raw, evocative typographic specimen.
